How do the potty timer reminders work?

Enable them in Settings → Potty Timer. PottyStar schedules gentle local reminders at your chosen rhythm (30 minutes to 3 hours) within your active hours. Reminders are recalculated each time you log a visit, so the timer always counts from the last potty break.

Why didn't my reminders fire?

Check that notifications are allowed for PottyStar in iOS Settings → Notifications, and that the current time is inside your active window. Opening the app refreshes the schedule.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed by Apple: iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions → PottyStar. Canceling during a free trial stops any charge.

How do I restore a purchase on a new phone?

Settings tab → Restore Purchases (make sure you're signed into the same Apple ID).

Where is my data stored?

On your device. There are no accounts. Settings → Delete All Data wipes everything instantly. See the Privacy Policy for the full picture.

My toddler regressed — is that normal?

Completely. Big changes (new sibling, moving, starting daycare) commonly cause regressions. Go back to basics: shorter reminder intervals, extra celebration for every win, zero pressure on misses. The app's plan settings let you tighten the rhythm again.
